Urquid Linen Shop specializes in premium event furnishings for professional use. Our collection includes:

  • Table Linens & Decor: Tablecloths, overlays, runners, napkins, and stage/table skirts.
  • Pipe & Drape Systems: Complete systems including pipes, bases, truss covers, and drapes.
  • Dinnerware & Accents: Glass charger plates and dinnerware.
  • Clearance Items: Select closeout products offered at significant discount, sold as-is.

We strive for accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. However, slight variations in color or texture may occur due to screen settings. Custom-cut or made-to-order items (e.g., specific linen sizes, pipe & drape dimensions) are fabricated to your specifications and are considered final sale.

4. Orders and Payment Terms

4.1 Order Process

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept secure payments via Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. All transactions are processed through encrypted gateways. You represent that you have the legal right to use any payment method provided.

4.3 Pricing and Fees

All prices are listed in US Dollars. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their country, which are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We serve event professionals globally, excluding select remote regions and parts of Asia.

  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Shipping Methods:
    • Standard Shipping: Via DHL or FedEx. Flat rate fee of $12.95. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after shipment.
    • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or local carrier issues. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

6. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Our Returns & Exchanges Policy is an integral part of these Terms. Key points include:

  • Eligibility: Returns/exchanges must be requested within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags attached.
  • Final Sale Items: Closeout/Clearance items and all Custom-Cut/Made-to-Order items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Process: Contact [email protected] for an RMA number before returning. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
